Information you provide to us is not an actual application for insurance but a request for assistance in obtaining coverage though our licensed independent insurance agency. You may choose to apply for term life insurance through CompareTerm® when you apply to Jefferson National Life and American National Life. If approved by these two carriers you will be issued a certificate of insurance and will receive the policy by mail within 10 days.

CompareTerm® does not collect any anonymous internet information about you. We do not track your IP address, plant cookies, or use web bugs to send you information. CompareTerm® does not retrieve information about other users from your computer.

You can freely browse the CompareTerm® website at any time without revealing your identity or any other personal information about you or other computer users from your computer.

You may choose to provide personal information in order to gain assistance in purchasing insurance coverage. You chose to apply on line to Jefferson National or American National. You may wish to obtain more information about an insurance topic in which you are interested or to share your comments or feedback about this website or our other websites.

To process your insurance information request, we require your name, phone number, email address, and information relevant to the insurance type(s) for which you are requesting information or assistance such as health history. This personally identifiable information is used only by CompareTerm® acting as an independent agent on your behalf to provide accurate quotes and to contact you with rates and terms.

CompareTerm® does not accept any third party advertising. You will not receive “spam” unsolicited commercial email from us. You will only hear from us if you provide your email address and register to receive such communications. If you chose to change your mind you can send an email to compareterm@aol.com to the attention of Customer Relations and tell us to remove your information from our database and not to contact you again.
